How much will it cost to clean my home?

Our hourly rate is $90 - $100 per hour, depending upon your location. After completing a detailed discussion with you regarding your specific cleaning needs, we will estimate a time frame and price range for your initial and recurring services. The initial cleaning is charged based on our hourly rate and recurring services are charged per visit. At Perfectly Maid, we are committed to helping you choose a service that best meets your needs and fits into your budget.


Payment

How and when do I pay for service?

You can pay by cash, check, credit card, or electronically using Venmo or Zelle. All payments are due on the day of service. Checks are to be made payable to Perfectly Maid.


Contracts

Do I have to sign a contract?

No! There are no contracts to sign. You can trust our staff to provide consistent and professional services. Because circumstances can change, we ask that our customers give 2 weeks’ notice in the event of cancellation or termination of services.


Supplies

Do I need to provide Perfectly Maid with cleaning supplies or equipment?

No! We provide everything necessary to clean your home. We will consider special requests if you have specific products or equipment that you prefer us to use.


Insurance

Is Perfectly Maid bonded and insured? Do you carry Workers’ Compensation insurance?

Yes! We wouldn’t operate any other way, (it’s the law)! Please let us know if you’d like to see proof of insurance.


Employees

Who will be cleaning my home?

A team of thoroughly trained, bonded and insured Perfectly Maid professionals will be cleaning your home. At Perfectly Maid, all of our employees speak English. A background screening is also conducted for every applicant being considered. While it is our goal to send the same crew to your home on a regular basis, we may sometimes encounter circumstances in which this is not possible. In any such instances, we will notify you of any changes that may occur.


Day of Service

Do I need to be home on my scheduled day of service?

No, you do not need to be home.  Expectations and detailed instructions are established prior to your first visit. Providing a key for entry is recommended. All customer keys are coded and kept safe in a lockbox at our office. Providing a key will prevent inconvenience to you, and will help to avoid unnecessary “lock-outs” and associated penalty fees. We will provide a one-hour estimated arrival window, in an effort to keep our arrival times convenient for you and your family.

What is expected of me on the day of service?

Reliable access into your home (i.e. a key) and payment are required. We do request that your home be “picked-up” so the team can focus on cleaning. Extreme clutter may hinder the detail of the cleaning provided. Your team will arrive prepared to work efficiently, following a process that is proven to be effective.

What should I do with my pets during the cleaning?

We love pets, and we want them to feel comfortable and stress-free while we’re servicing your home! It is, however, in your best interest to ensure that your furry friends are not interfering with the team during their visits. Any concerns of safety should be brought to our attention so that our team can proceed accordingly, (based on your instructions). Our goal is to keep everyone safe, and your furry friends happy!

What if something is damaged while your team is servicing my home? 
 
Although we practice care and diligence while working with all of the items and surfaces in your home, accidents will unfortunately occur. In the case that something is damaged in your home, a broken/damaged item report will be left by our team, and our office will contact you immediately. We ask that you respond within 24 hours of your cleaning, to discuss replacement or reimbursement after determining if the damage was indeed caused by our negligence. 
 
What if I’m not satisfied with the service? 
 
Please contact us within 24 hours of your cleaning. A Perfectly Maid representative will discuss your concerns in detail so we can take appropriate action to better meet your expectations.


Schedule Changes

Can I make schedule changes? 
 
Yes, of course! Please contact us as far in advance as is possible so we can meet your request. We will make every effort to accommodate changes based on your needs. Any last minute change to a scheduled service date may be subject to penalty fees.
